Within each session, whether in person or at a distance by phone, Skype, or Zoom, I use Cellular Memory Transformation, a form of energy psychology therapy, to clear beliefs that are keeping you tied to unwanted patterns and habits. An old self-limiting belief such as, “life is hard and I have to struggle,” can be probed quickly and transformed—just one of the many benefits seen through positive thinking therapy approaches.

How to Book a Session:
Online sessions are by phone, on Zoom, or Skype. The wonderful thing about energy work, including positive thinking therapy, is that it is easily accomplished from a distance.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes
In each session you will know what has been cleared and what has changed. Not all issues are transformed in one session.
Women's Relief Session:
A 60-minute session to clear the collective beliefs and trauma of being in a female body. Women have lived under patriarchy for over 2000 years, and I have identified 36 collective cultural beliefs and where women carry them. These sessions, grounded in energy psychology therapy, can be done individually or for a group.

I invite you to take a deep breath; hold it for three seconds, and then release slowly, blowing the air out gently. As if you are blowing on a feather. Good. Now take another deep breath; hold that for a count of three, and again blow out through your mouth as if you are blowing on a feather. Good. Now again take a deep breath, hold it, one, two, three, and now gently release it. Very nice. How does that feel?
